Made with 1 qt. kona ice cream, 1 qt. chocolate iced cream, 16 mother's macaroon cookies, 2 heath bars, cut in small chunks and handful dry roasted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. π¨βπ³ Instructions
Roll 8 macaroons into crumbs and put in a spring-form pan. Layer slightly softened chocolate ice cream on top.
Drizzle chocolate syrup on ice cream.
Repeat with 8 macaroons, kona ice cream and chocolate syrup.
Top with peanuts and Heath bars. Place in freezer until ready to use.
