Diabetic Cake
Diabetic Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2 c. raisins, 1 c. unsweetened applesauce, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. artificial sweetener, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook raisins in water until water evaporates.
Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and cooking oil.
Mix well.
Blend in baking soda and flour.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until done.
