Diabetic Cake
Diabetic Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2 c. raisins or unsweetened fruit cocktail, 1 c. unsweetened applesauce, 2 eggs and 3/4 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook raisins or fruit cocktail in water until the water is gone.
Then add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and cooking oil.
Mix well.
Blend in baking soda and flour.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until done.
