Devilish Shrimp
Devilish Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. unpeeled shrimp, 1 lb. oleo or butter, 2 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped bell pepper and 2 large onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Wash shrimp and drain.
Season with salt and peppers; set aside.
Simmer celery, bell pepper, onions and garlic in oleo until tender.
Add shrimp.
Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
(Don't overcook.)
Use butter sauce for dipping shrimp.
Also makes a great finger party food.
