Peel and halve eggs.
Mash yolks, add salt & pepper, sugar, mayo.
Melt butter in small pot, add shrimp & steam for 5 minutes or until opaque.
Chop shrimp til fine; add to egg yolk mixture.
Spoon into egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika on top.
