Deviled Eggs
Deviled Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 doz eggs, hard boiled, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2/3 cup finely chopped dill pickles, 1 tbsp pickle juice and 5 tbsp mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Shell, rinse and split eggs.
Place whites on a tray.
Set aside. In large bowl, mix yolks, onion, pickles, juice, mustard and mayonnaise.
(If mixture is too dry, add a little more mayonnaise.) Add salt and pepper.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate until serving time.
