Deviled Eggs
Deviled Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish (optional) and 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put eggs in pot and cover with water; heat just until the water boils.
Remove pot from heat and cover.
Let stand 15 to 18 minutes; remove shells from eggs.
Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.
Put the yolks in a small bowl and mash with fork.
Add rest of ingredients and mix.
Fill the egg whites with mixture, heaping it up slightly.
Hint: Set pot in sink and run cold water over them to cool eggs down quickly.
This makes them easier to peel.
