Deviled Drumsticks

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet.
Add chicken; brown on all sides, removing drumsticks to plate as they brown.
Add onion, carrot and celery to drippings in skillet; cook, stirring, until softened, about 2 minutes.
Add water, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and pepper.
Bring to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Lower heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink near bone.
