Deviled Crab Balls
Deviled Crab Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 (1 1/2 lb.) loaf bread (3 days old), 5 eggs, hard-cooked and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook and stir onion in butter until soft. Cut crusts from bread; crumble bread into small bits in a large bowl.
Add eggs, salt and mustard; mix well.
Stir in onion, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and mayonnaise.
Gently fold in crabmeat; shape into small balls.
Place on cookie sheets.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot with mustard sauce.
Makes about 40 balls.
