Devil Crabs
Devil Crabs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can crab meat (7 oz.), 3 pieces bread or 1 piece bread, 1 mashed potato, 2 hard-cooked eggs and 1/2 c. chopped onion, celery and parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Simmer the chopped onion, celery and parsley in 1 tablespoon butter.
Do not let it brown.
Then mix the crab meat, bread crumbs and chopped eggs together.
Add to the mixture 1/2 tablespoon red pepper and 1/4 tablespoon salt.
