Dessert Waffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. heavy cream, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. white flour, dash of salt and 3 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Whip the cream until stiff.
In another bowl, beat eggs until light.
Fold in cream.
Fold in the flour, salt and sugar, then the hot melted butter.
Heat the waffle iron and brush with shortening.
Pour in batter.
Cook until golden brown.
