Dessert Supreme
Dessert Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. oreo cookies, 1/4 c. melted margarine, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 3 egg yolks (save whites) and 1/2 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Crumble Oreo cookies; add 1/4 cup melted margarine.
Spread vanilla ice cream on cookies and put in freezer while preparing remaining ingredients.
Beat egg yolks; add melted margarine, powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla and peanuts.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in mixture.
Pour over ice cream and freeze.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Cut in squares to serve.
