Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In small bowl with mixer at low speed, beat cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla just until mixed.
Beat at high speed until smooth; pour into crust.
Bake 35 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven and add cherry pie filling (or other favorite fruit filling) and chill 2 hours.
