Deluxe Carrot Cake
Deluxe Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. salad dressing, 2 large or 3 medium eggs, 6 oz. pineapple juice and 2 1/2 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar, salad dressing, eggs and pineapple juice together. Then add carrots; mix well.
Add soda and baking powder to flour. Slowly add to creamed mix.
Add vanilla.
Grease pan (9 x 13-inch or regular cake pans).
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
