Deluxe Bars
Deluxe Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed and 1 1/2 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook together the brown sugar, milk, butter and graham cracker crumbs for 7 minutes; remove from heat.
Add coconut and vanilla. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with layer of Club soda crackers.
Put 1/2 filling on crackers, then another layer of Club crackers.
Add the rest of filling.
Cool in refrigerator.
Top all with melted butter and chips.
Cool overnight.
Cut into squares.
