Delicious Dove is an easy dinner. Made with 12 doves, 1/2 c. picante sauce (mild), 1/2 c. red wine and 1 tbsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pour oil in skillet and heat.
Brown doves at medium temperature for about 3 minutes on each side.
Remove from skillet and place in casserole.
