Delicious Cheese Cake
Delicious Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 6 eggs, 12 oz. sugar and 2 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put cheese in bowl; mix until soft.
Add sugar, a little at a time; blend on low.
Add lemon juice and vanilla.
Add 2 eggs at a time while you are still beating batter.
Grease a spring-form pan. Pour thin batter into it.
Fill another larger pan with cold water. Put spring-form pan into larger pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Shut off oven.
Gently open oven door; leave in another 1/2 hour.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Top with cherries or blueberries.
