Deli Salad
Deli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, 1 (1 lb.) can cut yellow beans, 1 (1 lb.) can green lima beans, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain and combine the green beans, yellow beans, lima beans, green pepper, onion and pimento in a large glass bowl. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients
Cover; shake vigorously.
Pour dressing over bean mixture; toss well. Cover. Let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Stir occasionally. Makes about 8 cups.
