Deli Chicken
Deli Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 barbecued or roasted chicken (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) from deli department, 1 small onion, 1 to 2 c. chicken broth, 4 carrots (about 1/2 lb.), sliced and 9 small red potatoes, cut in half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet, cook onion.
Add carrots, potatoes and 1 cup broth.
Cover, simmer until tender (about 25 minutes), add more broth if needed.
Cut chicken in quarters; add 5 minutes before end of cooking time.
