Deer Salami
Deer Salami is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp. margarine and 2 1/2 tbsp. morton tender quick salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix spices with 1 cup water.
Add ground meat.
Mix well. Make into 3 to 4 rolls.
Wrap tightly in foil.
Seal ends.
Let set 3 days in refrigerator.
Put in cold water.
Bring to boil for 1 hour.
Take out of water.
Open foil.
Drain well, then wrap in foil and place in fridge.
Slice when cool.
