Deer Roast
Deer Roast is an impressive dinner. Made with 5 lb. roast, flour, pepper, salt and 1/4 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dredge meat in flour then brown in a Dutch oven.
Add lots of ground pepper and salt to taste.
Mix catsup and spices.
Pour over meat.
Add water.
Cook slowly in a 325Β° oven.
Add onions, carrots and potatoes after 1 hour.
Continue to cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
