Deer Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. worchestershire, 2 tsp. accent, 2 tbsp. seasoned salt and 2/3 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Marinate strips of deer meat in mixture overnight.
Then put directly on racks of oven at 150Β° for 6-8 hours.
The longer it is baked, the crispier it will be.
Put in air-tight bags or containers.
They say it will keep for 2 years, but I think you'd have to hide it!
