Deer Jerky
Deer Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. deer meat, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. garlic powder and 1/4 c. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix ingredients all together.
Cut meat into thin strips; soak in mixture overnight in refrigerator, covered.
Put toothpicks through the end of each slice and hang on oven rack.
Cook at 150Β° for 4 to 7 hours with oven door slightly ajar.
Bake according to how chewy or crispy you want.
