Deer Jerky
Deer Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 lb. deer meat, sliced thin, 5 oz. soy sauce, 3.5 oz. liquid smoke, 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp. a.1. steak sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Roll out or pound meat thin with rolling pin.
Mix remaining ingredients well. Soak meat approximately 1/2 hour, depending on how strong you want it.
Lay strips on broiler pan. Set oven to 150Β°.
Bake 8 to 10 hours.
The longer, the drier and the tougher.
