Deep Dark Chocolate Cookies
Deep Dark Chocolate Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. oleo, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large bowl beat butter, sugars and vanilla on medium speed about 2 or more minutes or until creamy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add to oleo mixture, beating just until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 7 minutes or until set.
Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Cool completely.
Makes four dozen.
