Debi's Mexican Bean Dip
Debi'S Mexican Bean Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 cans black beans, drained, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. salsa and 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Be sure beans are dry; press out excess liquid with paper towel if necessary.
Lightly mash the beans so that there are still some whole ones left.
Add sour cream, salsa and half of the cheese. Mix. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350Β° until bubbly.
