Death by Chocolate
Death By Chocolate is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box family size brownie mix, 2 large boxes chocolate pudding mix (instant), 1 large cool whip, 1 bag heath bars and 1 c. pecans, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake brownies as directed on box (can add some nuts).
Mix pudding as directed on box.
Heath bars can be crushed in package then removed from package and placed in a bowl.
Layer as follows in large compote or large pan (the compote lets you see the layers):
Crumble 1/2 of brownies on bottom of container.
Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over brownies.
Sprinkle with Heath bars and pecans.
Next use 1/2 large container of Cool Whip.
Continue to layer the remaining 1/2 crumbled brownies, 1/2 pudding, 1/2 Cool Whip, 1/2 Heath bars and 1/2 pecans.
Decorate top with whole pecans and some chocolate stars by Brach.
Can also grate stars for a light dusting of chocolate.
