Dave's Deviled Potatoes
Dave'S Deviled Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 medium potatoes, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. softened butter, 1/3 c. warm milk and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each.
Cover with boiling water.
Add salt and cook for 20 to 40 minutes, until tender when tested with a fork.
Drain.
Add softened butter and warm milk. Mash until free of lumps.
Heat the sour cream in a small saucepan over a low flame.
Add mustard and sugar to the sour cream.
Pour over the potatoes and mix well.
Heat in a 350Β° oven for 12 minutes.
