Date Roll Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 box dates, cut into small pieces, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/3 c. milk and 2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil sugar and milk 15 minutes.
Add dates, cook until a small amount dropped into cold water forms a soft ball.
Remove from heat.
Add nuts and vanilla, beat until creamy.
Pour on damp cloth, roll.
When cool, cut into pieces.
