Date Pinwheels
Date Pinwheels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft butter, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Butter; add sugars, vanilla and egg.
Beat until light.
Sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Chill until firm enough to roll.
Halve dough and roll each half on floured waxed paper.
Spread with filling.
Roll up tightly from end. Wrap wax paper.
Chill overnight.
Freeze for easier slicing. Slice and bake on greased cookie sheet at 375Β° for about 10 minutes.
Store in airtight container.
