Date Nut Crackers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box chopped dates, 2 pkg. ritz crackers, 1 c. finely chopped pecans, 1 can eagle brand condensed milk and 1 can betty crocker sour cream frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine dates, milk and pecans in saucepan.
Cook slowly over medium to high heat, stirring constantly.
Cook until mixture reaches the consistency of peanut butter.
Spread mixture on Ritz crackers.

Cool completely.
Top with frosting.
