Date Delights is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped dates, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1/2 stick butter and 3 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine date & milk in boiler.
Cook until thick.
Remove and stir in pecans.
Spread on crackers.
Bake 6-7 minutes in 325 degree oven.
Mix cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla.
Spread on cooled ritz crackers.
