Date Carrot Cake
Date Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well, 1 c. margarine, softened, 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 3/4 c. white sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs.
Add pineapple, carrots, dates and vanilla, beating well.
Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture.

Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
Cool completely. Sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar.
