Combine dates, prunes, raisins and water; heat to boiling
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until tender and water is absorbed, about 10 minutes
Remove from heat
Add margarine and cool

Bake at 350Β° until cake springs back when touched lightly, about 30 to 35 minutes.
