Date Balls
Date Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chopped dates, 1/2 stick margarine, 2 c. rice krispies, 1 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook over low heat 10 minutes the dates, sugar and eggs. Remove from heat and add 2 cups Rice Krispies and 1 cup nuts, finely chopped.
Cool on wax paper.
Roll into balls and roll in flaked coconut or 4x sugar.
Makes about 100.
