Date Balls
Date Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 8 oz. pkg. dates, 8 oz. pkg. coconut, 1 c. brown sugar and 2 c. rice krispies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a medium saucepan, combine butter, dates, coconut and sugar.
Cook over medium heat for 7 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies and nuts.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 36.
