Date Balls
Date Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 lb. chopped dates, dash of lemon juice and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter with 1 1/2 c. sugar; add dates, lemon juice and milk.
Cook until soft and mushy.
Beat eggs.
Add to fruit mixture with vanilla and salt.
Add Rice Krispies and nuts; cool. Shape into balls and roll into coconut, chopped nuts or powdered sugar.
