Date Balls
Date Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 c. rice krispies, 1 stick margarine and 1 c. dates, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine on medium to low heat.
Add sugar and egg. Cook slow for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, being careful not to scorch.
Add dates and cook until mixture thickens.

Roll in powdered sugar or coconut.
