Date Balls
Date Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. dates, 1 c. water, 1 1/2 c. coconut and rice krispies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop dates and cook in 1 cup water on low heat for 2 hours. Mash dates and add the coconut and stir well.
Add enough Rice Krispies to make a very stiff mixture.
Form into walnut size balls and roll in coconut and place on cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Store in container.
(May be stored in freezer.)
