πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Instructions

Cut 1/2 cup butter into 1 cup flour as for pie crust.

Add 2 tablespoons water; mix with fork.

Form into a ball.

Divide in half and pat both onto large ungreased cookie sheet.

Make strips, 12 x 4 inches and 1 inch apart.

Put 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup water in pan.

Bring to rolling boil.

Add extract; remove from heat.

Stir in 1 cup flour; stir well to keep from lumping.

When smooth and thick, add eggs one at a time (whole); beat until smooth.

Divide in half and spread on prepared crust.

Bake in a 350Β° oven for 60 minutes, until crisp and brown.

This will be high, but will fall when removed from oven.

Using your favorite frosting recipe, frost each puff, then sprinkle with pecans.
