Danish Cucumbers
Danish Cucumbers is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large cucumbers, 1/3 c. white vinegar, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Peel and slice cucumbers thin.
Sprinkle with the salt.
Let stand at least an hour or overnight.
A plate should be placed on top of cucumbers and weighted down.
Drain and rinse well.
While they are draining, mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour over the cucumbers and let them stand at least 2 hours.
Serves 6.
