Danish Coffee Cake
Danish Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. nutmeg and 3/4 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Add salad oil.
Mix well, then remove 3/4 cup of the mixture for the topping.
To 3/4 cup of flour mixture, add nuts and cinnamon.
Mix, then set aside.
To remaining flour mixture, add remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into a paper lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle topping mixture on top.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
