Dandelion Wine
Dandelion Wine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 qt. tightly packed dandelion blossoms, picked in full bloom (april), 4 qt. boiling water, 3 qt. sugar, 1 lb. seedless raisins and 1 orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash blossoms well and drain.
In a large container with cover, pour boiling water over dandelion blossoms and let stand overnight.
The next morning, strain out blossoms and discard them.
Return liquid to container and add sugar.
