Dandelion Wine
Dandelion Wine is an easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. dandelion blossoms, 2 1/2 gal. water, 10 c. sugar, 1 small pkg. yeast and 1 sliced lemon, remove seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil dandelion blossoms, water and sugar together 15 minutes. Cool.
Add yeast and sliced lemon.
Let stand 5 days; strain and let stand 5 more days.
Put in gallon jugs and put a balloon on top until it quits working, then cork.
