Damson Pudding(Heritage)
Damson Pudding(Heritage) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 pt. damsons, seeded and cooked, 2 egg yolks and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar and flour together; add to Damsons.
Add egg yolks and margarine.
Cook in a double boiler until thick; then add vanilla flavoring.
Pour into a baking dish.
Add miniature marshmallows on top.
Heat for 10 minutes in a 350Β° oven or until marshmallows brown.
