Daisy Fish Fillets
Daisy Fish Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. slivered almonds, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 lb. fish fillets, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. dill weed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place almonds and butter in skillet and brown, stirring occasionally.
Remove almonds and add fish.
Cook on medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
Replace almonds and add remaining ingredients (except whole lemon) and cook 2 to 5 minutes.
Slice lemon into circles and place separately on serving platter. Arrange fillets around circles for "petals."
