Dairy Potatoes
Dairy Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes or 5 c. cooked cubed potatoes, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt margarine in pan.
Mix together potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
Pour into greased casserole.
Bake at 350Β°.
Halfway through cooking time, top with buttered corn flake crumbs.
If using frozen hash browns, cook 40 to 45 minutes.
If using cooked, cubed potatoes, cook for 25 minutes.
