Daffodil Cake
Daffodil Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large angel food cake, 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix, 1 medium can pineapple bits and 1 pt. all-purpose cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix undrained pineapple and contents of pudding in saucepan (use no milk).
Cook over low heat just until it thickens.
Let cool.
Beat cream until thick and fold into pineapple mix.
Cut cake into 4 layers.
Put layers together with pineapple mix and frost top and sides.
Garnish with cherries and mint leaves.
