Cut Glass Cake
Cut Glass Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 graham cracker pie shells, 1 pkg. lime jell-o, 1 pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 pkg. lemon jell-o and 1 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Dissolve packages of Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups hot water (each package).
Put in separate pans.
(I use cake pans.)
Let stand until firm.
Cut top to bottom, side to side, about 1-inch apart. Scoop into Cool Whip.
Dissolve the Knox gelatin in pineapple juice over medium heat; let cool.
Fold ingredients into Cool Whip.
Pour into pie crust.
Let set 24 hours.
