Custard Pie
Custard Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch unbaked pie shell, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 400°.
Prepare pie shell.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.
Mix real good.
Pour into crust.
If you like, sprinkle a little cinnamon over top of pie. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350°.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
